Welcome to the Wholesaling Out of the Box (WOB) program for wholesalers!
It all started with a man, a plan, at a coffee shop. We've come a long way since those early days of getting together for lunch or coffee to discuss wholesaling. Since then we shifted to a 90-day program, and now we're branching into an online course and forum!

How can we help you?
Technology: We have videos showing you how to set up a basic Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to get you started on business organization. CRMs are foundational to running a good business. You need to know where your money is going and ensure you aren't missing out on leads. CRMs can do all that and more. We personally use Podio and love it, but there are lots of other ones out there on the market. If you're looking for a CRM that's already done, we can even set it up for you. You can purchase the CRM Set Up here. The CRM Set Up includes instruction videos on how to use all of the WOB exclusive apps in Podio, plus they give you bonus insight on tracking your data.
Training: In addition to the online training videos, we have the following in-person or virtual meetings regularly. Click here to see our schedule. Some of these events are only open to program members, others you can buy individual tickets for. Marketing: We will teach you how to save money and build your own lists. This will be beneficial to you later when buyers are knocking down your door because you know how to get all the off-market deals! We will also go over budgets, schedules, funnels, campaigns, and so much more!

- Meetings: We meet every other week as a group to provide more information and discuss any questions people might have. It’s a great way to not only learn from Full Circle, but also to learn how other people in the program are doing as well. These tend to have a more mastermind feel and we’ve done everything from practice calls to offer math. If you join our program at any level, you are automatically able to join in on all of our meetings as long as you continue membership. You can also purchase individual tickets here.
- Property Walkthroughs: We have a Property Walkthrough once per month. We meet at a property that we, or one of our partners, currently own so that we can teach you how to estimate rehab costs. You’ll learn the math for long-hand estimations and how to use our app within the CRM we’ve set up for you to make these calculations for you. If you join our program at any level, you are automatically able to join in on all of our property walkthroughs as long as you continue membership. You can also purchase individual tickets here.
- Sunday Strategy Sessions: These zoom calls have become kind of famous. Hosted by our founder, Shawn Bowen, this is you chance to grab your scuba gear and deep dive into whatever real estate topics you want! Sunday Strategy Sessions are open Q&As and some of our best conversations have happened here. If you join the program at the Closer level, you'll be able to access this meeting EVERY WEEK! - Role Playing Calls: The MOST important thing you can do to make your business succeed is learn how to talk to sellers. If you can't talk to sellers you won't be able to get deals. These are small group calls where everyone will get the chance to test their negotiation chops! After all, it's better to practice and screw up with us then to screw up with a seller. ○ Timeline: The timeline is separated into weekly increments. It tells you exactly what you should be working on during each week of the program.
○ Call Library: We have an ever-expanding library of calls made by us to sellers and buyers. Each call has a short description explaining the good and the bad of the buyer and why the call is important. Listening to old calls really helps you understand how to talk to sellers and begin to craft your own style.
