Alex WinfieldAlex Winfield is a real estate agent, investor, speaker, and entrepreneur. He wanted to create a more relaxed atmosphere to network, learn about, and discuss real estate. So he founded Hopportunity in October of 2017. Since then, Alex has held a meeting at different local breweries every month. 
shawn bowenShawn is a wholesaler, rehabber, and money lender. He has been working with Alex on Hopportunity almost since the beginning when Alex asked Shawn to speak at one of the meetings. 
cameron petersCam is a wholesaler and landlord. Cam first started coming to Hopportunity meetings in May 2019. He learned a ton from the various speakers and enjoyed some pretty good beer! Now he's spearheading meetings on the Hampton Roads Peninsula to bring "real estate and beer!" to people on his side of the water! podcast |
