We're back for another six pack! With the vaccinations flowing, it's time to get the beer flowing again too! So who's ready for our first in-person event in 12 months?!? We sure are! Join us on April 27th at Smartmouth Pilot House in Virginia Beach for some good beer, great knowledge, and the best company! We're easing back in with a talk on the different kind of investing strategies and a little speed networking. But fear not! If you can't (or don't want to) come in-person, we'll also continue our live show for the first part of the evening with all the real estate knowledge. Alex WinfieldAlex Winfield is a real estate agent, investor, speaker, and entrepreneur. He wanted to create a more relaxed atmosphere to network, learn about, and discuss real estate. So he founded Hopportunity in October of 2017. Since then, Alex has held a meeting at different local breweries every month. 
shawn bowenShawn is a wholesaler, rehabber, and money lender. He has been working with Alex on Hopportunity almost since the beginning when Alex asked Shawn to speak at one of the meetings. 
cameron petersCam is a wholesaler and landlord. Cam first started coming to Hopportunity meetings in May 2019. He learned a ton from the various speakers and enjoyed some pretty good beer! Now he's spearheading meetings on the Hampton Roads Peninsula to bring "real estate and beer!" to people on his side of the water! podcast |
