We are so excited to announce that our meeting this month will be on the topic of.....House Hacking with Rehab Loans! Led by Alex Winfield and Robert A Hill!

Alex Winfield is a real estate agent, investor, speaker, and entrepreneur. Within the past 6 years, Alex has personally completed 2 and been associated with over 30 “House Hacks” and "House Hops” transactions. His knowledge of the local market, passion for REI, and experience with so many House Hacks has enabled him to coach his clients to successfully utilize this strategy.

​Robert Hill has been a mortgage banker for almost 7 years. One of his specialties is in the area VA Loan, VA rehab Loans, FHA203K, and Conv rehabs. He enjoys working through the process with his clients and loves watching the average person be able to utilize them to become investors.

    Alex Winfield is a real estate agent, investor, speaker, and entrepreneur. He wanted to create a more relaxed atmosphere to network, learn about, and discuss real estate. So he founded Hopportunity in October of 2017. Since then, Alex has held a meeting at different local breweries every month.

    Shawn is a wholesaler, rehabber, and money lender. He has been working with Alex on Hopportunity almost since the beginning when Alex asked Shawn to speak at one of the meetings.

    Cam is a wholesaler and landlord. Cam first started coming to Hopportunity meetings in May 2019. He learned a ton from the various speakers and enjoyed some pretty good beer! Now he's spearheading meetings on the Hampton Roads Peninsula to bring "real estate and beer!" to people on his side of the water!
