Goodbye 2020! I think we can all agree this year has been...something else. But what better way to start wrapping it up than with beer and real estate?!? We will be back on your screen on Tuesday, November 24th at 8pm for one final time this year. Alex, Shawn, and Cam will be there to answer YOUR questions, to tell you about their plans for retail sales and wholesaling going into 2021, to discuss Joint Ventures and how you can work with them, or others, next year. We may even bring a few of you online to ask your own questions or give your own feedback about the current real estate market! This is an amazing Hopportunity (see what I did there?) for new and experienced investors to discuss the market and what comes next. Also, it's a GREAT time for a beer. Alex WinfieldAlex Winfield is a real estate agent, investor, speaker, and entrepreneur. He wanted to create a more relaxed atmosphere to network, learn about, and discuss real estate. So he founded Hopportunity in October of 2017. Since then, Alex has held a meeting at different local breweries every month. 
shawn bowenShawn is a wholesaler, rehabber, and money lender. He has been working with Alex on Hopportunity almost since the beginning when Alex asked Shawn to speak at one of the meetings. 
cameron petersCam is a wholesaler and landlord. Cam first started coming to Hopportunity meetings in May 2019. He learned a ton from the various speakers and enjoyed some pretty good beer! Now he's spearheading meetings on the Hampton Roads Peninsula to bring "real estate and beer!" to people on his side of the water! podcast |
